Pricing questions
- What counts as an active parker?
- A parker with an Active status at a location. Inactive and archived parkers don't count toward that location's price level.
- What if a location grows past 500?
- It moves to the High-Rise level ($299 per month for that location). Nothing is blocked: you can keep adding parkers at any level.
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. The free trial doesn't ask for a credit card.
- Am I charged automatically when the trial ends?
- No. Nothing is charged automatically. You choose a plan from Billing when you're ready.
